Heavy Patching Night Work - Various Locations


Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sub Section 15(2)(a) of the National Land (Unleased) Ordinance 2022 of the intention to partially close the following roads in the ACT.

In order to facilitate road maintenance work in the surrounding area, the following closures will be temporarily in place;

  • 10 - 12 May
    Corranderrk Street from Roundabout to Constitution Avenue 
  • 14 - 15 May
    Coranderrk Street from Constitution Avenue to Parkes Way (Corranderrk Roundabout)
  • 16 - 17 May
    Parkes Way from Coranderrk Street to Anzac Parade
  • 18 May
    Parkes Way from Coranderrk Street to Anzac Parade (Anzac Parade Roundabout) 
  • 21 – 25 May
    Constitution Avenue from Blamey Crescent to Sir Thomas Blamey Square
  • 26  May
    State Circle from Federation Mall to Commonwealth Avenue
  • 30 May
    Parkes Way from Kings Avenue to Anzac Parade (Anzac Parade Roundabout)
  • 31 May
    Parkes Way from Anzac Parade to Kings Avenue
  • 1 – 4 June
    Parkes Way from Anzac Parade to Coranderrk Street
  • 3 June (Day Works)
    Wendouree Drive from Constitution Avenue under Parkes Way (Blundells Cottage)
  • 3 June (Day Works)
    Constitution Avenue from Creswell Street to Blamey Crescent (Near Blamey Dr Intersection)
  • 5 June
    Parkes Way from Coranderrk Street to Commonwealth Avenue
  • 7 June
    Russel Drive from Vivian Bullwinkle Way to Kings Av
  • 8 June
    Barrine Drive from Albert Street to Commonwealth Av (Lake Side, heading under Commonwealth Avenue Bridge)
  • 9 June
    Kings Avenue Parkes Way to Russell Drive & Russel Drive to Parkes Way
  • 13 June
    Kings Avenue Russel Drive to Parkes Way

  • 18 June
    Parkes Place West from Queen Elizabeth Terrace to Enid Lyons Square (Include National Library of Australian Entrance)


Traffic in the area will be directed by lane closure signs and traffic marshals as required.

  No significant disruptions to traffic are anticipated.
