Pedal boats to be removed from West Basin

Media Alert

2 July 2019

The National Capital Authority (NCA) has recently acquired the pedal boats that have been lying dormant at Ferry Terminal, West Basin. The NCA has been working with the ACT Government to acquire the 17 pedal boats with a view to potentially doing something with the boats in the future.

With the boats being unused for some time the NCA will need to assess their condition and viability but is excited to be working towards the possible reactivation of the pedal boats on the lake.

The NCA wishes to thank the ACT Government for their donation.
