The National Capital Authority (NCA) has received two works approval applications for the construction of a mixed use development (commercial and residential) and associated landscaping works on blocks 8, 9, 10 & 11 on Section 100, City.

Outcome
On 20 September 2019 the NCA granted works approval to the applications (Stage 1 development).
