The Canberra Balloon Spectacular is soaring into the nation’s capital from 15–23 March. Witness the spectacle of various hot air balloons taking flight from John Dunmore Lang Place, creating an unforgettable experience worthy of the early wake-up!

This year’s special-shape balloons include Simba the Lion and Axel the Tiger, joining a fleet of colourful hot air balloons filling the sky.

Enjoy the festival atmosphere, with food trucks and coffee carts serving up delicious treats and drinks. Daily flight announcements will be made prior to 6:00 AM on the Canberra Balloon Spectacular website and Events ACT social media channels.
