Please call 1800 718 190 and provide the machine ID that you experienced the fault with. The machine ID is on the front of the machine, near the tariff information.

Ask for a refund

Refunds are able to be provided in certain circumstances.

Before proceeding, please verify that the infringement is from the National Capital Authority.
