I think the whole concept of the light rail stage 2A is a thoroughly waste of resources. How can you start a project when you have not received approval to cross commonwealth bridge. The raising of london crct is a totally bad idea. This is one of the reasons that I don't travel to civic any more. Now that I don't work I find it more convenient to shop locally. The money WOULD be better spent on roads, hospitals, schools & maintenance of facilities which have been seriously neglected
