I love the new design of the light rail stop. As a light rail is very far away from reaching Kingston in the near future. I believe we need a river cat ferry service that start’s directly adjacent to the new LRT stop that goes directly to Kingston foreshore. Having a direct accessible path from the stop down to a ferry service that takes you to Kingston will be an amazing transportation temporary upgrade opportunity. It will relieve pressures on the R2 and really gloablise canberra. In reference to SYD mini route 10 ferry it could be very ideal for the lake here in Canberra. I would really appreciate if you could take this information into a broader perspective for the future of the integrated network of Canberras transport. Unfortunately i do currently see the LRt stop not coming to much use when it opens and there will be low pantoronge if there is no real connection from this new stop. So please consider the idea.
