I appreciate this will come to nothing however surely with the work that will be required to bring the light rail to Commonwealth Park and build the stop the pedestrian traffic lights could be removed and replaced with an underpass to improve safety and traffic flow on Commonwealth Avenue.

I know this will come as a surprise, but this is very common around the world.
