On 29 June 2014, Canberra carillonist Thomas Laue achieved third place in the Queen Fabiola International Carillon competition in Mechelen, Belgium.

Start Date for Pay Parking Announced

The National Capital Authority (NCA) today announced pay parking in Parkes, Barton, Acton and the Russell precinct will commence on Wednesday 1 October 2014. The hours of parking operation will be 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Fourteen year old junior carillonists, Peter Bray and Kriti Mahajan will perform their first public concert this Sunday at the National Carillon in Canberra.

Peter and Kriti were selected to train as the National Carillonís first junior students.
