Lane Closures - Maintenance Activities - Kings Avenue Bridge

Details

Maintenance activities will take place on Kings Avenue Bridge from Monday 2 November 2026 for approximately 2 weeks (weather permitting). These works include handrail repairs and cleaning of bridge joints. Works will take place between the hours of 9:30 am and 4:00 pm on weekdays only and there will be lane closures as required.

Traffic Arrangements

Dates: Monday 2 November to Friday 13 November 2026 (weekdays only and weather permitting).

Times: 9:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Location: Kings Avenue Bridge in both directions. There will be closures of the fast lanes (righthand lanes). Works will not occur concurrently with northbound closures to take place first followed by the southbound.
