Lane Closures – Maintenance Activities – State Circle and Capital Circle

There will be temporary lane closures on sections of State Circle and Capital Circle for stormwater investigations on Thursday 30 and Friday 31 July 2026 from 9:30am to 4:00pm (weather permitting).

Date:   

  • Stage 1 - Thursday 30 July 2026: State Circle 
  • Stage 2 - Friday 31 July 2026: Capital Circle 

Time: 9:30am to 4:00pm 

Location:  

  • Stage 1: fast lanes (lanes on either side of the median) on State Circle (both directions) between Melbourne Avenue and the Adelaide Avenue on/off ramps 
  • Stage 2: eastbound slow lane and cycle lane on Capital Circle between Canberra Avenue and Adelaide Avenue on-ramps.
