Submission to the Raising London Circuit

There are very obviously better, faster, greener, more practical, efficient and cost effective options such as Electric Buses and Trackless Trams that could easily run on the existing road infrastructure without needing to destroy so much green space, and unnecessarily causing so much disruption and unjustified cost to ACT rate payers.

The continued building of the Tram network is arguably criminally negligent and a clear misappropriation of public funds given the very clear lack of a viable business case which the ACT Government continues to ignore despite the reports from the Auditor General.

It is a disgraceful waste of public funds that could otherwise be better put towards fixing the woeful healthcare and education systems in Canberra.
