Raising of London Circuit

A significant feature of Commonwealth Avenue is the minimal number of intersections and associated traffic lights, allowing for free flow of traffic. The proposed additional intersection, compromises the integrity of this design. The proposal does not quantify the benefits and disadvantages of this intersection in any detail. The proposal should be rejected.
