Submission to the Raising London Circuit

Raising London Circuit is a necessary requirement to help support the growth of our city. For too long, the city has been dominated by cars, roads and carparks which is both environmentally unfriendly, causes congestion and does nothing to encourage public transport to reduce strain on our roads for people who have no option i.e. live in suburbs poorly services by public transport. We must raise London Circuit in order to support the future growth of this city. There are long term benefits to installing a light rail to connect the Southside to the city, in particular making Canberra a more pedestrian friendly city instead of the make and break status of having a car and licence.
