Submission to the Raising London Circuit

Artists Impressions always look good e.g.
compare Northbourne Ave what it was supposed to look
like and current reality. Not cost effective, not as impressive
as viewing parallel lines of tall trees.
Strongly recommend another reality dissonance.
Stage 2 should be abandoned as a bad idea
made for political rather than in public/environmental interests-
bad for traffic, pedestrian, business disruption, diversion of
funds from hospitals and education, etc.
Takes courage to retreat from a mistake ---suggest a rethink
of raising London Circuit and all the reasons for it!
