The Key Stakeholders Register is managed and hosted by the National Capital Authority. The use of the Key Stakeholders Register is deemed to be your acceptance of these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

Lawful purposes

The Register must only be used for lawful purposes in a manner that they do not infringe the rights, restrict or inhibit the use of the website. This includes conduct which is unlawful or which may harass, cause distress or inconvenience to any person.

The Register must not be used to post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive or scandalous material, or any material that constitute or encourages conduct that would contravene any law.


The use of the Register should not:

  • affect or reduce any obligation any Agency owes You;
  • affect or reduce any obligation You owe to any Agency.

The NCA will take reasonable care to link to other websites but will have no direct control over the content presented. The NCA makes no representation to material on external links that infringe the intellectual property rights of an individual or institution. The NCA does not authorise the reproduction of such material.


Comments made on the NCA Blog are the userís responsibility and must be in accordance with the NCAís Moderation Policy.


The NCA will protect the information provided. The NCA will endeavour to ensure that the information provided is not compromised. The NCA cannot guarantee, however, that no harmful code will enter the NCA Register. The user should be aware that there are associated risks to publishing on a website.

The NCA recommends the use of a firewall and anti-virus software to protect your computer systems.


The NCA Key Stakeholder Register allows for anonymous and pseudonymous participation. User registration is not necessary.

The information provided will only be used and/or disclosed to a person, body or other Agency:

  • to provide you with a service that you have requested;
  • as authorised by law, for example, if a law enforcement authority or court order lawfully directs us to disclose the information of a user.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Australian Capital Territory.
If any of these Terms of Use are held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining Terms of Use will continue in full force.

These Terms of Use do not negate any Terms or Conditions that apply to your use of any other government website.
