New café and function centre due to open November 2021

The NCA has begun site development works for a new café and function centre at Regatta Point.

Having completed the upgrade of the National Capital Exhibition in late 2018 and having welcomed the Canberra and Region Visitor Centre to the precinct in 2016, the café was the remaining portion of the building awaiting a transformation.

Located in a premium spot on Lake Burley Griffin with arguably the best view of the National Triangle and Canberra’s beautiful bush setting, the 140 capacity function centre and café will offer a unique venue for weddings, celebrations and corporate events.

Further details on the service provider and bookings will be made available in the coming months.
