The National Capital Authority (NCA) has received a works approval application for the construction of a commercial (office) building and associated works on Block 19, Section 40, City.
The 6-7 storey building places an emphasis on sustainability, targeting a 5-Star Green Star energy rating. The development includes a café, end of trip facilities and a mix of private and public car parking spaces.
