Demolition of the existing AIS Athlete’s Village (Building 16)

The National Capital Authority (NCA) has received a works approval application for the demolition of the existing AIS Athlete’s Village (Building 16) at the AIS (Block 26 Section 8 Bruce). The application is for demolition works only. 

The AIS Podium Project includes a new high-performance testing and training centre, a sports dome and athlete accommodation. This demolition is the first step in the development of these new facilities. All future works will be subject to separate Works Approvals applications.
