40 London Circuit - Construction of a mixed use commercial building and public realm

Background

On 22 August 2025, the NCA approved the north building at 60 London Circuit. The south building at 2 Knowles Place was subsequently approved on 5 December 2025.

This current application relates to the western building at 40 London Circuit and includes a revised public realm and basement works.

Detail of Proposal 

The National Capital Authority (NCA) has received a works approval application for construction of the western building located on Block 40, Section 100, City (40 London Circuit). 

A Precinct Masterplan has been prepared by the applicant that sets out development across the block. The Masterplan is provided within the documentation to help provide context to the proposal.  The Masterplan is not in itself subject to this consultation process. This works approval application relates only to the western building, revised public realm and basement areas.
