Block 40 Section 100 City

The National Capital Authority (NCA) has received a works approval application for Stage 1 construction of a commercial building (north building), basement parking and associated public realm works on Block 40, Section 100, City (60 London Circuit).  

A Precinct Masterplan has been prepared by the applicant that sets out indicative future development across the block. Please note the Masterplan below is to help provide context to the Stage 1 proposal. The Masterplan is not in itself subject to this consultation process. 

This works approval application relates only to the north building, basement, Knowles Place extension and ground level public realm areas. This works approval application does not include the western or southern building. Those works will be subject to future works approval applications.
